Operation suspended due to darkness
Srinagar, August 17: A army trooper was killed and another crictically injured in ongoing encounter in Kreeri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Offcial sources told GNS that a Army solider was killed and another critically injured in ongoing operation. The injured army trooper has been shifted to army hospital for treatment, the official said.
They further said that operation has been suspended for night due to darkness and would resume with the first light of day.
As per the sources top commander of LeT is believed to be trapped.
Earlier, three security forces including a cop and two militants were killed in the gunfight.(GNS)
