Kupwara, Sep 1: A youth died on spot after a vehicle plunges into into a deep Nallah here in Kralpora area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Sources told News Agency KNT that a Maruti-800 (JK01H/0737) driven by Ali Muhammad Lone skidded off the road and fell into a deep Nallah near BSF Post in Kachhama Kralpora area of Handwara which resulted in onspot death of 24 year old youth Shahid Ahmed Khan.
Another youth on board identified as Waseem Ahmed Khan (25) suffered serious injuries and was referred to Sub District Hospital Kralpora.
The deceased and the injured youth (relatives) are the residents of Munden Keran area of Kupwara.
A police official that vehicle was lifted from the Nallah and the dead body handed over to the family. (KNT)
