Two unidentified bodies recovered from Nallah in Gurez

Gurez, Sep 05: The police on Saturday said that they have recovered two unidentified bodies in Tulail area of Gurez in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

Sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Gurez Peerzada Ajaz told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that two unidentified bodies were recovered from a Nallah in Malangham area of Tulail in Gurez sector today afternoon.

“We have taken both the bodies to Gurez hospital for legal formalities. However, the bodies have not been identified yet,” he said.

Meanwhile, sources said that police and army have also recovered some arms and ammunition from the unidentified bodies. “Both the persons might have died due to drowning. Further details are being ascertained,” they said—(KNO)
