Meet this Bandipora engineering graduate who helps students in developing personality to showcase their talent

Bandipora, Oct 24: Khawaja Itrat, an engineering graduate from Onagam village of Bandipora, was feeling it unbearable when he learned that some brilliant heads in the class felt shy to come forward and showcase their hidden talent. To fight with this enigma he came up with an excellent idea of opening an Academy and help such students in putting their points forward and involving them in discussions and with other activities where actually they feel shy to come.

Most brilliant students dread to face a teacher involving them with questions and answers in a classroom whether because of girls or other issues, they are mostly unable to learn anything in the class because of fear and shyness. To stop this I came up with an idea to involve these students and give a boost to their talents.

An engineering graduate from north Kashmir’s Bandipora district has been working tirelessly to facilitate and counsel the students to make them competent and confident to face the world by developing their personality.

Soon after his completion of his engineering degree he founded a counselling-cum-facilitation institution “Academic Pathways” to help students overcome fears and face the world with confidence, who otherwise shy away despite possessing tremendous skills due to lack of exposure and confidence.

“Through this journey i came across many brillant heads who were ignored both by family and school. They are now shining, Itrat says.

Itrat was also the president of Jammu and Kashmir Student Organization and Chief coordinator district science and creativity olympiad. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

My academy can better understand the students’ weaknesses and goodness. Every student is different and has some unique traits. Some can even reach where their parents would have never imagined and some can fail to get what they want because of lack of exposure. Our faculity can make them understand the weakness and help them in grasping the things clearly,” he told Asia News Observer, at his Academic Pathways.

He says the aim of his organization is to provide the students a global exposure and a platform to showcase their hidden talent and knowledge in the field of education.

He said that the organization also provides admission counselling in medical, management, engineering, paramedical and other courses.

Itrat received lot of help for this initiative from  Jayanthi Varunan who is personality Development Facilitator with 8 years of experience in Hyderabad

Since we started our academy more guys are joining our academy particularly for the purpose of boosting their talent through proper councelling and guidance. Who is there who wants that the excellent talent should be thrown into garbage?, obviously No one on earth , Khawaja asks. Adding our aim is to help students get them engaged with different angels with the world and challenge the world with their talent so you too will rock on earth.
