AADHAR enrollment of left out population starting from Feb 11

Education deptt fails to complete Aadhaar enrolment of students, teachers

Ramban, Feb 06: Deputy Commissioner (DC), Ramban, Mussarat Islam, today reviewed AADHAR enrollment of left out population at different locations of the district, here at a meeting of officers and representatives of agencies engaged for the purpose.

The DC directed all stakeholders to ensure 100% coverage of the left out population within prescribed timeline.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Harbans Lal; District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, Gopal Singh; CEO, Vinod Koul; CDPO and several other concerned officers and representatives of agencies. Besides SDM, Banihal, Gool and Ramsoo participated in the meeting through virtual mode.

The DC directed the Executive Engineer, JPDCL to ensure uninterrupted power supply at established AADHAR centres for their smooth functioning. He directed the officers/officials of Smagra Shiksha and data entry operators to report to SDM concerned any issue hindering the enrollment process. He directed all stakeholders to take AADHAR enrollment drive in mission mode   to complete the process within prescribed time-frame.
