Sopore, Feb 26: Rounaq Dilshad, a student of SRM Welkin Sopore bagged first position in the matriculation examination results declared today.
Hailing from a poor hamlet of Hardushiva Zaingair Sopore, Rounaq Dilshad daughter of Dilshad Ahmad Waza brought laurels to the school as well as to the family.
After achieving this feat, Rounaq said that she is extremely happy and delighted to have secured first position in the examinations.
“I have faced so many challenges during the lockdown period, but still with Allah’s grace I excelled in the board exams. I want to thank Allah besides my parents who have always supported me.
Their is a huge contribution from my school side also and I want to thank my teachers at SRM Welkin for supporting me all the times,” Rounaq said.
