Srinagar, May 30: Whereas, vide this office Notification No:20-GS of 2021 dated: 20.05.2021, online applications were invited from the eligible candidates for engagement against various positions on contract basis for a period of one year for establishment of 500 bedded temporary COVID Hospital, Srinagar; and Whereas, in response to the said notification, large number of applications were received upto the cut off date i.e 27.05.2021 for three categories of post viz. Staff Nurse, Lab. Technician & Anaesthesia Technician; and
Whereas, these contractual engagements are to be made on fast-track basis for effective management of COVID patients; and Whereas, it has already been notified vide above advertisement notification that it is not possible to conduct written test/interview of so many candidates in the present covid pandemic and selection will be made purely on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the Degree/ Diploma courses; and Whereas, keeping in view the basic eligibility conditions and to ensure selection of the meritorious and qualified staff, the Selection Committee has fixed the following criteria for these categories of posts:
