1. Go to the official site of your state’s food supply
2. Create a login ID or log in if you already have one
3. The option of adding a new member will appear on the homepage
4. Click on it
5. A new form will appear
6. Fill in all the information about the new member of your family
7. Upload a soft copy of the required documents
8. You will receive a registration number after the form submission to track your form
