Govt. Girls Middle School, Akingam organised its Annual Day 2022

Anantnag, Dec 10: The Government Girls Middle School Akingam in Anantnag District celebrated its annual day in which Zonal Education Officer Ghulam Hassan Sheikh was the Chief Guest. Zonal Education Plans Officer was also present in function.

On the occasion various cultural programmes were presented by the School students of the institution and also highlight the importance of education and role of teacher and rights of a teacher.

While addressing the audience, Zonal Education Officer Achabal said that organising Annual Days by institutions provide an opportunity to the students to expose their talents in various fields.

In another Speech ZEPO Mushtaq Ahmad Wani said that a greater responsibility lies on the shoulders of a teacher to shape the career of a student. He assured that all required facilities and support will be provided to the students displaying talent in different fields like art, culture, crafts and other related.

Later momentos and certificates were distributed among the student participants by ZEO and ZEPO. Earlier Headmaster Ali Mohmamad Wani of the institution formally welcomed the guests.

Among others, the function was attended by various retired teachers, scholars and civilians of the district.
