Srinagar, Oct 7: The Railway Authority has given its nod to a proposal for a special train between Budgam-Banihal and back.
The Railway Authority in a communication, as per GNS, has conveyed to Northern Railway that it may plan the train service with train number 04688/04687 at any convenient date and start the train service. (GNS)
