Kupwara Woman Gives Birth to Quadruplets

Keran, Oct 23: A woman in the Keran sector of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district has amazed the community by giving birth to Quadruplets.

An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll, Khalida, wife of Shafaq Bhat, successfully delivered four babies at the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) in Kupwara. Among the newborns, three are boys and one is a girl.

This remarkable event is the second occurrence of multiple births in the region, as similar case was recently reported in the Kupwara district.

Meanwhile, the news has left the local population astounded and in awe, as they try to grasp the rarity of such a situation.
