Kulgam, Mar 2: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference State Secretary and former Cabinet Minister, Sakina Itoo, expressed deep concern over the extensive damage and destruction inflicted upon residences, orchards, and domestic structures due to a severe windstorm ravaging diverse areas of Noorabad, including Nandimarg, Yarikhah, Manzgam, D K Marg, and others.
Itoo, in her capacity, undertook a visit to the affected areas, personally witnessing the plight of affected individuals and households, the statement said.
She earnestly appealed to the administration to promptly provide necessary assistance and support to the affected populace, recognizing the urgent need for rehabilitation and relief efforts in these distressed communities.
