Kulgam, Aug 21: In a significant political development, Mohammad Ramzan, former Secretary General of the J&K Legislative Assembly, is likely to join the Awami Ittihad Party (AIP) ahead of the upcoming Assembly polls, sources said.
Sources said he is expected to be fielded from the D.H. Pora constituency in Kulgam to contest the Assembly polls
Sources further said that several political leaders from South Kashmir are in touch with AIP and are expected to join the Engineer Rashid-led party in the coming days.
