7 Kanals of Kashmir Pandit Land Retrieved in Kulgam’s Yaripora

Kulgam, Nov, 28: In a significant move to reclaim illegally occupied land, a joint team from the Revenue Department and Police, under the supervision of Tehsildar Yaripora, Javid Ahmad, successfully retrieved 7 kanals of Kashmir Pandit land in the Turigam and Kadder areas of Yaripora, Kulgam, in South Kashmir.

This land had been unlawfully encroached upon by certain miscreants, but thanks to coordinated efforts, it has been restored to its rightful status.

The operation ensured the protection of the land’s rightful ownership and prevented further illegal encroachments.

The Revenue Department and local authorities have reiterated their commitment to safeguarding public and private lands from unlawful occupation. They also announced plans for further actions to prevent such incidents in the future.

Tehsildar Javid Ahmad expressed gratitude to the police and local administration for their prompt and effective response. He emphasized that efforts like these will continue to uphold the rights of the Kashmir Pandit community and ensure the integrity of the region’s land records.
