Jammu, Mar 03: Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader, Sunil Sharma on Monday termed the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha’s address to the House as an endorsement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision towards Jammu and Kashmir.

Sharma while talking to reporters here after the LG’s address, according to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said that they (BJP) were expecting the manifesto of the government in the speech. “We were expecting the address will mention the things promised by the government, but it was Narendra Modi’s vision. Whatever PM Modi has promised, this has been endorsed by the government,” he said.

Sharma added that National Conference rule is about to complete six months but the government has “failed to fulfil its promises,” adding that the “this dispensation has been doing nothing and instead the ministers have been creating hurdles in the developmental works that were started earlier.”
