Srinagar, Feb 15: After a gap of nearly 11 months, Colleges in winter zones of Jammu and Kashmir divisions reopened today for physical academic activities.

Officials of the Higher Education Department told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that there was a huge footfall of students in almost all colleges of the valley and winter zones of Jammu division.

Jubilant scenes were seen outside almost all the colleges which reopened today and students were excited to attend the classes physically.

“Online classes were very little fruitful to us. The high speed internet blockade added to our miseries. We couldn’t comprehend what was being lectured online as technical cuts always spoiled the very purpose of online lectures,” Sauleh, a student told KNO.
