Important Note:
Candidate has to bring filled application form along with self attested copies of documents to office at Srinagar/Jammu by or before 15th December 2021.
Selection on Division basis (20 Marks for Viva-voice and 80 Marks are for merit as per NHM Guidelines)
Hiring is purely on contractual basis for a period of one year however extension will be on performance basis only.

DOB/Matriculation certificate.
Degree certificates from recognized university. Marks sheets of all semesters.
Remuneration/Salary and other terms & conditions will be as per NHM norms mentioned before April 2021.
