Qazigund (Badragund), Jul 17: A devotee from Madhya Pradesh has covered nearly 3,200 kilometers on foot to reach the sacred Amarnath Cave in South Kashmir.

Asked why he chose to travel on foot despite modern conveniences, he said, “You can explore the world by car or horse, but you can’t truly understand people and cultures without walking among them.”

He expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality received along the route and said he faced no major issues during the journey. “I will pray for peace and development in the country once I reach the cave,” Yashwant said.
