Hiring /Engagement of Contractual manpower under National Health Mission in District Jammu
In reference to Order No:- 2 of 2020 dated:-28-09-2020 , Order No:- 3 of 2020 dated:-03-10-2020 and Order No:- 4 of 2020 dated:- 14-10-2020 , published in the leading newspaper from time to time the candidates in the waiting list of the following categories of post are here by informed through this notice to submit their joining in the office of undersigned with in 10 days from the date of the publication of this order in the newspaper.
Preference should be given to the candidates on merit basis falling in the waiting list.
1. Staff Nurse 2. Staff Nurse under DNB 3. Pharmacist 4. X Ray 5. Lab Tech. 6. FMPHW. 7. ISM Dawasaz 8. Nursing Trainer 9.Staff Nurse under PMDP
The selected candidates shall be allowed to join only on the production of following documents in original:
1. Permanent Resident Certificate / Domicile. 2. Matriculation Marks List / 12th Mark sheet. 3. Date of Birth Certificate. 4. Diploma/Degree of technical Qualification. . 5. Mark sheet of Technical Qualification. 6. Character Certificate . 7. Health certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the district. 8. Affidavit / Undertaking
Note:
It is clarified that the Technical / Academic Qualification Certificate of the selected candidates have been sent for verification to the concerned agencies . Upon verification report , if found fake , the selection of the candidates shall be terminated without any further notice
