Srinagar woman dies of cardiac arrest day before wedding

Srinagar, Nov 05: In a tragic incident a young woman died of a heart attack a day before her wedding on Wednesday in Srinagar’s Sultan Mohalla area of Saida Kadal.

The 29-year-old woman identified as Shahnaza according to the family members died without showing any complications, “She did not even show any pain, it was all of a sudden, we could not even take her to the hospital,” a relative of the woman told The Kashmir Walla over the phone.

He said that the family was in a state of mourning, “We are at the graveyard now offering prayers, joy turned into mourning for our family. You cannot even imagine what we are going through,” he said.

Ms. Shahnaza was slotted to get married today, however, fate had other things for her in-store as she remains buried in the family graveyard.
