Class 7th student slips into river, feared dead

Baramulla, July 27: A 13 year old boy slipped into river Jehlum in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Local sources told news agency KNT that a class 7th student was playing along with his friends on the bank of river Jehlum. He slipped and fell into the river.

Police along with locals launched an operation; however, there were no traces of the boy when this report was being filed.

The boy has been identified as Hanan Ahmed Dar son of Javiad Ahmed Dar of Ravath Pora Delina area. (KNT)
