Name of the Posts:

Maintenance Manager: Mechanical Engineering degree holder with more than 7 years of experience in the maintenance field. Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance resources, and assisting in the installation of new Responsible for managing multiple shifts of Maintenance Supervisors/ Team Leaders and other staff members. Strong knowledge of equipment’s, products, as well as preventive and breakdown maintenance is a must.

Mechanic: ITI/Diploma holder with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, responsible to assemble, maintain & repair machinery and components. Ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, motors/pumps, and mechanical systems. Should be skilled in use of various hand tools, precision measurement tools and various machines with knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Electrician: ITI/Diploma holder with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, responsible for Designing and improving electrical products and systems, Establishing manufacturing processes, Evaluating systems’ safety, reliability, and performance. Must be familiar with working on 3 phase electrical system, and should have sound knowledge of 1000 KvA DG set operations and all electrical systems. Should be capable of handling emergency breakdowns and possess knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems.

HELPERS– 8th/10th Pass, who can support the operations, Production, Housekeeping, Stores and Warehousing.

Welder/Fitter: ITI/Diploma certificate holder with min 2-5 years of experience. Well versed with welding and fitting work in an industrial setup. Applicants with Argon Welding skills will be preferred.

Shift Leader: Diploma/Degree holder with 5 plus years of experience in the similar or a supervisory role in manufacturing plant. Responsible for overseeing operations pertaining to productions, scheduling employee shifts and assign duties, ensure all aspects of shift run smoothly and effectively. Leadership skills, ability to take decisions quickly and effectively, strong problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with GMP’s and health & hygiene aspect will be an added advantage.
