JKBOSE | Important Notification for Class 11th Regarding Upcoming Exams – Check here

THE JAMMU & KASHMIR BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, NEW CAMPUS, BEMINA, SRINAGAR

Subject: – Guidelines for Conduct of Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th) Annual(Regular) 2020 Examinations.

This is in reference to the notification bearing endorsement No (AcadC)AR/XI/KD/JD(WZ)/20, dated. 17-11-2020 issued by the Director Academics by reference of which the examination of Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th) Annual/ Regular, 2020 Examinations is to be conducted within the respective Institutions without creating separate examination centres, as a special case for this session only, however certain issues
and procedures for smooth conduct of the examination merit consideration, which are:

a. The SOPs as promulgated for SSE (Class 10th) and HSP-II (Class 12th) viz-a-viz. use of face masks,carrying of pocket sanitizers and personal drinking water bottles, etc shall be operational for HSP-1 (Class 11th) as well

b. The seating arrangements shall be such, as strictly complying the social distancing norm between the examinees.

c. As the examination is to be conducted within the respective Institutions, the Heads of the Institutions shall frame an internal centre notice for their respective schools (designated as one centre as a whole) with not more than 100 candidates per centre. The centre notices, so framed, shall be submitted to the concerned District/ Tehsil Offices of the BOSE/ Strong Room for
information and further necessary action.

d. Engagement of a for every 20 candidates, as one time exception.

e. Proper and adequate heating / lighting arrangements shall be put in place by the Heads of the respective Affiliated Academic Institutions for which admissible amount @ Rs.1000/- for one or two centres and Rs.1500/- for three or more centres, shall be credited in the official account of the Head of the Institutions.

f. The bill claims shall be submitted to the concerned BOSE Offices immediately after the

termination of the examination for further process under rules.

& The Heads of the Institutions shall be responsible for collection of sealed question paper packets/deposition of sealed Answer Script packets in the concerned Police Station in person or through an authorized representative on each day of examination. In case of District Srinagar, other than the Examination Centres falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station, Nishat, Harwan, Soura, Nigeen and LalBazar shall deposit the Sealed Packets either at BOSE Office, LalMandi (Counter) or Head Office, (BOSE) Bemina, Srinagar. Further, they shall ensure the

distribution of material in the centres and keep the record of balance stationery.

h. Availability of entire accommodation for the smooth conduct of the examination following allSOPs related to prevention of spread of any virus. However, Institutions having large enrollment will explore the possibility of adjusting their students in nearby Government / Private Schools affiliated with BOSE, for the purpose of the conduct of examination by following proper SOPs.

i. Fumigation of the entire premises a day before the commencement of examination to be ensured by the Head of the Institutions.
