Sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the four more arrests include Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of the Jammu and Kashmir police Ashok Kumar, CRPF constable Surinder Kumar, and two printing press workers Vajinder Singh and Pradeep Kumar from Haryana and New Delhi respectively.

Sources said that a day before the examination these printing press workers from Delhi and Haryana had supplied question papers to agents for circulation. CRPF constable Surinder Kumar invited candidates to buy the leaked papers.

Each candidate paid Rs 5 lakh to 20 lakh per paper. The accused Jammu and Kashmir ASI Ashok Kumar’s daughter, son, and son-in-law were on the merit list, raising many eyebrows. Most of the candidates who were on the merit list were the locals from Rajouri and Samba districts. In Samba, three persons of the same family were found qualified for the said examination. (KNT)
