Shopain, April 29: Continuing its sustained efforts under the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyaan, Shopian Police in close coordination with the District Administration has intensified its crackdown on drug-related activities in the district.

Cherry trees illegally planted on State land, under the possession of Sajad Ahmad Dar S/o Gh Mohd Dar R/o Marhenz, involved in FIR No. 119/2023 of Police Station Shopian, were cut down during a joint operation by Police and Revenue authorities, ensuring due legal procedure and transparency.
