Srinagar, Aug 06 (KNO): An explosive shell was recovered and destroyed in Noorpora area of Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that locals informed concerned Police Station that a shell is lying on Noorpora Check link road.
He said that police reached the spot and called Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) to destroy the shell.
“Bomb disposal squad destroyed the shell and no loss of life or property was reported,” he said—(KNO)
