Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Taking complete ownership of the Materials Management function of the Strategic Business Group and ensuring process compliance as per TPL MM Manual in all the Projects.
2. Guiding Site Stores team in Implementing the processes improvements and guidelines issued by the management from time to time and monitoring its compliance.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers/ Operational Heads/ BU/SBU Heads/COO for establishing Stores function at sites with adequate Infrastructure and Manpower and escalate the inadequacy, if any, to the next level.
4. Selection, Training, and deployment of suitable manpower at Site Stores in coordination with HR and Project teams.
5. Monitoring the performance of MM function as per the functional requirements through continuous interaction / MIS/ Site visit and suggest corrective and preventive actions appropriately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Full-time DME/BE (preferred) or BSc/ BCom with MBA/DMM from a recognized University.
Skills: Strong Construction Business Knowledge, Functional Knowledge, Analytical skills.
