Srinagar, Sep 12: Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Army Commander Northern Command, reviewed the counter-terrorism grid in South Kashmir and took stock of the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness.
As per news agency JKNS, the Army Commander was briefed on the prevailing security scenario and operational preparedness during the review.
Lt Gen Sharma emphasised adaptability, precision, sustained vigilance and synergy as key enablers for successful intelligence-driven operations and rapid response to emerging challenges.
During his interaction with the troops, he appreciated their dedication and indomitable spirit towards keeping the region free of terrorism and ensuring peace and stability. (JKNS)
